Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Enrollment Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in working closely with Britestar and our partner schools, focusing on enhancing the enrollment processes specifically for Wisconsin School Choice schools. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in K-12 enrollment and a deep understanding of school choice programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enrollment Management: Assist in managing the enrollment process for new and returning students. Collaborate closely with partner schools to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Britestar, partner schools, and families, ensuring all parties are well-informed and supported throughout the enrollment process.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of enrollment data; prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Compliance and Training: Ensure compliance with Wisconsin School Choice program requirements and provide relevant training to the team as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in K-12 enrollment, with a proven track record of success in school choice programs.
• Skills:
• Proficient in CRM software and database management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working specifically with Wisconsin’s School Choice programs.
• Familiarity with Christian education principles and the ability to articulate these values to prospective families.
