Position Overview: Sterling Medical is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the new VHA Milwaukee Spinal Cord RN Service team. This role entails providing specialized care to patients with spinal cord injuries in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As part of this dynamic team, you will contribute to improving the lives of individuals with spinal cord injuries through your expertise and compassionate care.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Full-time (Four FTE positions available)
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts
• Shift Types: 2 FTE day shift Spinal Cord RNs and 2 night shift Spinal Cord RNs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of spinal cord experience or two years of Med/Surg experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
