Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of IT projects.
• Direct and lead the work of project technical staff and manage resources and timetables.
• Develop and update project plan with objectives, schedules, budget, technologies, systems, and specifications.
• Develop and fulfill project communication plan.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and customers.
• Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Ensure fulfillment of project deliverables. Ensure quality standards.
• Assign duties, responsibilities and direct activities of project personnel.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects.
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on in project management
• Previous experience in information technology or other related fields
• Strong project management skills

• Strong leadership qualities

Education & Certifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• Microsoft Certifications (preferred)
