ManifestU is Hiring an Accountant Near Mesa, AZ
ManifestU is seeking an Accounting specialist to join our growing team! This role involves managing bill payments, bookkeeping for multiple entities, and liaising with our property management partner for efficient long-term rental property management. The ideal candidate will transition seamlessly between financial responsibilities and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing and financial statements.
- Process invoices and reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
- Generate financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist with property management tasks and liaise with property management partners.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with closing books.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software.
- Strong typing skills (80 WPM minimum) and extremely detail-oriented.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and thrives in dynamic environments.
- Ability to work in an office environment five days a week, plus overtime if required.
