• Perform job functions in assigned area as needed. Assist supervisor in providing lead direction to operating crews to meet the needs of daily business.
• Perform limited supervisor duties when supervisor is unavailable due to illness or vacation.
• Assist in training warehouse workers in their various tasks.
• Perform basic supervisory tasks including administrative functions and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures. Enforce personnel policies and recommend action.
• Enforce acceptable warehouse sanitation standards.
• Recommend and implement solutions to problems.
• Perform warehouse worker duties as required.
• Responsible for performing all job duties with honesty and integrity.
