We are looking to expand ourteam and are currently seeking to employ a full-time Nurse Practitioner orPhysician Assistant to support a key primary care practice. MinimumQualifications:

• Current State NursingLicense as a APRN or Physician Assistant.
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP or ANCC or Certification as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA.
• DEA license, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• BLS certification

Physical Requirements:
The physicalactivities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing,walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion. Musthave good balance and coordination. The physical requirements of this positionare medium work - exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 25lbs. of force frequently. The NP/PA is required to have close visual acuityincluding color, depth perception, and field of vision to perform an activity,such as assessing patients, and analyzing data and figures; transcribing;viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading. Frequent invasive andnon-invasive patient contact. Exposure to patient body fluids as well asexposure to hazardous or poisonous materials.
