The Business Support Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between the technical environment and the business by gathering requirements and using data analytics to assess, processes, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support business decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services. They are responsible for the identification, management and resolution of system data maintenance needs as well as troubleshooting hardware and network related issues. The scope of work is limited to data maintenance and ops support. It does not include any systems coding.
