The Swift Group is Hiring a Senior Web Developer Near Mc Lean, VA
- Create training and continuing education graphics materials for IT systems.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that generates economies and fast delivery schedules.
- Follow organizational standards and procedures in the production and distribution of work products.
- Plan, coordinate and develop graphic projects to meet short lead-time executive projects.
- Recommend strategies to sharpen communications themes.
- Develop original, innovative graphic designs, formats, templates, and standards for training product design within a project team environment.
- Apply the principles of typography, color theory design content, and aesthetics and composition to develop training material for IT systems.
- Design and produce a wide range of executive communications and marketing products.
- Design identity, iconography, artist concepts, and three-dimensional exhibit and display design.
- Adhere to established technical production and quality control standards and guidelines.
- Design and produce original illustrations, charts, schematics, executive “placemat” products, and brief management on the status of projects, as needed or requested.
- Ensure quality control, graphic usability, deliverability, and archive final products.
- Test products, including Web and online, for display and operability.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in web design, development, production, testing and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience with UX/UI as well as multimedia and graphics production.
- Demonstrated experience implementing dynamic web pages, custom application plugins and widgets, and custom Cascading style sheets.
- Demonstrated experience in 3 or more of the following applications C#, Ajax/Java Script, HTML 5, PHP, CSS, and MySQL.
- Demonstrated experience using Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Captivate, and Camtasia.
- Demonstrated experience using approved section 508/accessibility compliance tools
- HS Diploma
- US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Demonstrated experience using Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, and Captivate, Camtasia, and Wordpress.
- Demonstrated experience implementing dynamic web pages, custom application plugins and widgets, and custom Cascading style sheet.
- Demonstrated experience in 3 or more applications such as C#, Ajax/Java Script, HTML 5, PHP, CSS, and MySQL.
