Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid-Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Position Overview: We need this person to establishes the frameworks. We are the Modern Delievery Team and drive all the automation. We deploy microservices in amazon systems. Most of our things are around infrastructure. Heavy work on Amazon and we use CI/CD, AWS Code Pipelines as main tools. There are 4000 users and thousands of microservices.
This individual will be responsible for creating SOP's, creating documents of both internal and external teams for Freddie Mac.
Must HavesAbsolute must haves are Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence) and experience with PowerPoint.
Familiarity with the SAFE framework is required.
Familiarity with manual and automation testing is preferred.

Seeking IT Business Analyst Specialist Experienced InDevOps ecosystem
Proficient with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Roadmap tools (MS Visio)
Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions; capture meeting minutes & provide status reports
Familiar with the SAFE framework; thorough understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and models.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in Agile environment, with rapid change & delivery of capabilities.
Can interface between business and technical teams
Understands the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience InRequirement gathering.
Process/data flow design.
Technical spec design.
Business analysis.
Translating business requirements to technical requirements.
Defining project objectives.
Feasibility analysis.
Supporting development, systems integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Creating and documenting UAT strategies/plans and test cases/scripts.
Knowledge of manual and automation testing.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience in mortgage industry.
