Duties and responsibilities:
- Create work order packets. Include printed documents, labels and materials
- Perform random quality checks on each production line and collect samples of finished goods to ensure quality standards are being followed
- Maintain accurate records of quality check findings
- Document quantity of products that fail to meet quality standards.
- Responsible for holding material, preparing proper documentation and overseeing materials designated to quarantine.
- Inspect fulfillment documentation for accuracy and to assure all quality policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints
- Assistin the training of current or transferred employees as needed. Provide training on quality programs or procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to read and understand work orders
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, e-mail and data base software
- Able to lift 35 lbs throughout shift
