We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! Someone with a passion for serving customers, and excellent communications skills. This position is the initial contact with our clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Work Hours : Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

Pay Scale: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience Spiffs & performance bonus'

What you will be doing:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Taking the lead in booking service appointments and routine maintenance
  • Maintain customer database with current information
  • Outbound calls to customers to follow up on estimates and field visits
  • Tracking marketing / advertising sources
  • Supporting the marketing manager with marketing efforts
  • Answer website scheduling requests
  • Assisting in philanthropic outreach / community involvement activities
  • Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers
  • Keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times

Qualifications:

  • 2 years related experience in customer service, scheduling, office experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and technicians
  • A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
  • Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • General sales skills and aptitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass background check & drug screen
