Republic National Ind is Hiring a Maintenance Utility Worker Near Marshall, TX
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts general repair work on building and physical structures.
- Assist in the general cleaning of buildings/janitorial.
- Miscellaneous repairs and installations such as painting, changing light fixtures, light construction work.
- Operate appropriate powered cleaning equipment as required such as floor buffer.
- Deliver and pickup parts using company vehicle.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties.
- Display a positive, “Can Do” attitude – be a change agent.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Organized, dependable and reliable.
- Forklift Operator experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (Clean MVR Record)
Working Conditions:
- Varying noise levels
- Fast-paced work
- Work in outside weather conditions 50% of the time.
- Will be exposed to electrical machinery.
Physical Demands:
- Lifting: Heavy (up to 40 lbs.)
- Carry: Heavy (up to 25 lbs.)
