Position: General Laborer (Laser)

Location/s: Marion, OH

Duration: Full time, Contract to Hire

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift are available

Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00/hr. (Depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks including laser unloading, cleaning/preparing parts, and assembly work. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Unloading parts off lasers
• Cleaning and preparing parts for further processing.
• Operating hand grinder and weld cleaner
• Performing assembly tasks as required

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (Overtime may be required)
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.

• Must pass a criminal background check (7-year felony sex offender)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test (10 panels for recreational drugs and opiates)
