This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse at Enhabit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing patient care plans, administering medications, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. You will play a critical role in each patient's healthcare journey, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in home health or hospice care
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
