Campiotti Lift Truck Service is Hiring a Parts Specialist Near Manteca, CA
- Help maintain parts inventory
- Provide cost estimates to potential customers
- Assist with invoice pricing
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Demonstrate knowledge and passion for forklift parts
- Process warranty claims and collect credit memo from vendors.
- Price out and submit quotes to customers in a timely fashion
- Assign jobs to mechanics
- Take phone calls from customers and inform coworkers of potential service needs.
- Great communication skills
