Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following
- Weighment of Recipe Ingredients
- Cutting Bales of Rubber to the proper weights
- Labeling Raw Materials
- Reading and interpreting the mill room schedules, Recipe Cards
- Follows the weighment work Instructions per the production recipe.
- Weighing up Raw Materials per each specific recipe to the specified units and accuracy, recording Lot #’s of key raw materials as outlined in the job descriptions.
- Prior to sending the batches to the various equipment each batch should be verified to ensure each contains all of the specified raw materials at the specified weights.
- Ensures that the mill room schedule is followed insuring the compounding area keeps each piece of equipment staged with raw materials.
