• Prepare the operating room by arranging surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies meticulously.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon by ensuring the availability of necessary instruments and supplies.
• Handle sterile instruments and equipment during procedures, adhering to strict aseptic technique.
• Maintain accurate counts of surgical instruments and sponges to guarantee patient safety.
• Play a vital role in patient positioning and draping for surgery.
• Document surgical procedures accurately and concisely.
