Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at our industrial plant in El Segundo, CA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equipment and facility processes and will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of plant equipment.

This role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, ensuring optimal operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using technical manuals, schematics, diagrams, and drawings.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report on equipment status.
• Collaborate with internal staff, clients, and vendors to address maintenance needs and provide solutions.
• Operate and maintain office equipment including computers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Follow written and verbal directions accurately to complete assigned tasks.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge :
• Common equipment and facility processes in an industrial plant environment.
• Basic principles, methods, and materials used in the maintenance of plant equipment.
• Skills :
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand plans, schematics, technical manuals, diagrams, and drawings.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal staff, clients, and vendors.
• Operation of office equipment, including computers and printers.
• Abilities :
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Follow written and verbal directions accurately.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite at 1935 S. Hughes Way, El Segundo, CA 90245.
• Adherence to the schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM is mandatory.
