Acts efficiently, pleasantly, professionally as a representative in areas of clerical support. Assumes responsibility for front desk operations, including greeting patients, and answering phones courteously. Enters patient charges and demographics in an accurate, organized manner. Performs general clerical and other duties as assigned in accordance with JCAHO, NCQA and government standards, as well as policies and procedures of the NEHI.
