Rolled Ice Cream and Boba Tea
-Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
-Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register or POS system
-Making and serving rolled ice cream, tea , smoothie correctly with a consistently positive and appropriate manner.
-Maintain, organize and restocking inventories : filling ice cream topping, tea topping, prepare fruits, utensil following instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
-Ensure store cleanliness: cleaning and sanitizing work area, equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.
-Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
SKILL AND QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers
-Must be at least 18 years old college student.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
-Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
-Ability to deliver quality work
-Knowing how to make boba tea and rolled ice cream, and having worked in a similar position before is not mandatory, but it is a plus.
-Team player qualities
-Punctual: arriving at shift on time and maintains a consistent attendance
-Ability to Multitask: require great multi-tasker and able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
-Strong attention to detail.
-Minimum of 3 months in boba tea or roll ice cream maker experience
