As a Construction Superintendent II , you will be responsible for maintaining and executing the project plan and ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, plans, and specifications.

Job Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•1 years of commercial construction leadership experience
•Valid OSHA 30
•Valid driver's license
Job Duties:
•Supervise and coordinate all construction activities to maximize efficiency
•Oversee and direct laborers, carpenters, concrete finishers, subcontractors, and material suppliers
•Manage all field operations and coordinate with company leadership to ensure timely completion of projects
•Ensure that all trades have up to date drawings and information
•Maintain the project's daily logs and jobsite inspections
•Promote a safe work environment throughout the jobsite and adhere to the safety and record keeping requirements
