This position, an employee of the Nassau County Health Department (NCHD), works to protect, promote, and improve the health of all people in Florida through integrated state, county, and community efforts.

This is a responsible position requiring accuracy and independent judgment under the direct supervision of the Public Health Nutritionist Supervisor working in the Nassau County Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC Program).

This position is based at the Baker WIC Clinic., however; may be required to report / provide coverage in Callahan, Yulee, and Hilliard WIC clinic locations.

Participates in outreach events and QI projects. Performs other duties as assigned by Public Health Nutritionist Supervisor and / or Nutrition Program Director.

Minimum Qualifications :

Willingness to provide coverage at all Nassau / Baker WIC sites

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous or current employment with Florida WIC
