Staffmark is in search of an Electromechanical Technician to become a valued member of our team in Chatsworth, CA.
Pay Rate: $21.63/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm (with possible OT)
As an Electromechanical Technician, you'll play a crucial role in assembling and inspecting electromechanical components and systems to ensure precision, quality, and compliance.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately assemble electromechanical devices and systems based on mechanical drawings and instructions.
• Utilize various hand and power tools to install and secure components.
• Conduct detailed inspections of assemblies for structural quality and functional performance.
• Report inspection findings, deviations, and defects, and segregate nonconforming material.
• Support Continual Process Improvement Initiatives.
• Adhere to company quality standards and operating procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; other relevant education and industry experience considered.
• Prior experience in electromechanical assembly and quality inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Clear communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
• Ability to lift objects to 30 lbs.
• Work primarily in an ESD-controlled manufacturing environment, with minimal noise exposure.
