Responsibilities o Strategizing social media campaigns that are culturally relevant and timely. o Working on a game plan around influencer outreach for user growth. o Engaging with community members on our Slack group and in discussion forums. o Matching new users with relevant job opportunities. o Brainstorming and implementing email plans to engage inactive users. o Assisting with improving aesthetics and content of the weekly newsletter. ? Curating a plan for member features. Qualities o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Preferred experience and/or interest in design, marketing, and analytics.
