Draft Note We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and execution of various events. From corporate conferences to charity fundraisers, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of each event. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in event management.

Duties:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are coordinated effectively.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, audio-visual requirements, catering, and accommodation arrangements.
• Assist in the development of event budgets and timelines, ensuring all resources are allocated appropriately.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and ensure event information is effectively communicated to target audiences.
• Support the onsite management of events, including registration, attendee management, and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Prior experience with event coordination or planning is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
