We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting in property marketing efforts and supporting agents in effectively reaching their target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. $24 - $28 hourly

• Assist in executing comprehensive marketing strategies for properties, including print and digital channels.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva, Adobe, and other design software.
• Coordinate the production of marketing collateral.
• Manage online listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support agents in marketing to their client database through email campaigns, social media, events and other channels.
• Collaborate with agents to understand their marketing needs and provide support.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Help maintain agents’ database by adding new clients and updating contact records

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and techniques is a plus.
