We are hiring an Acquisitions Manager that is physically located in Little Rock Arkansas partner with clients to acquire real estate for our investment firm, manage sales processes, and grow our business. This role is a balance of individual work within a highly collaborative team. You will be working directly with clients to provide the best solution for their needs while generating a profit for our company

• Negotiation
• Understanding Human Psychology

• Getting Contracts Signed. Converting Leads to Deals
• Real Estate Property Valuations and Estimates
• Logistical Coordination in our market for Going on appointments
• Multi-Tasking (Appointments, phone calls etc)
• Organization and time management

What you’ll do

As an Salesperson, you’ll be responsible for:

• Converting Seller Leads into Signed Contracts
• Following up with Seller Leads Over the phone
• Updating and managing Follow Ups inside of CRM
• Working with sellers to get the needed pictures and documents signed
• Updating CRM with notes, next actions, and pictures

What you’ll need

The following experience is relevant to us:

• At least 2 years of experience in Business to Consumer Sales.
• Smartphone and computer
• Experience in working with CRM B2C tool
