Looking for a refreshing career path helping youth reach their potential? We are hiring for support staff! Wings is an adolescent residential facility for substance use and mental health disorders. Must have consistent transportation and be timely to all shifts. Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required. Staff must be willing to submit a background check. Must be at least 19 years old with a High School diploma.

We are currently hiring for part-time with the opportunity to pick-up additional hours and grow into a full-time employee. RSS are required to work every other weekend. The hours for open positions currently consist of evenings and/or overnights.

The residential support staff is responsible for the following:

• Being a positive role model to the youth you serve
• Modeling appropriate boundaries at all times with both male and female clients
• Providing dependable, consistent supervision to all clients
• Maintaining communication with others such as counselors, administration, and clients
• Administering medication after being trained by nursing staff
• Documenting client behavior, communication, and client watches each shift worked
• Facilitating family visits, phone calls and zoom calls
• Overnight staff does moderate cleaning
• Driving clients to and from outings, recreation, and programming
• Facilitating communication to multi-disciplinary team including residential manager and administration

The roles and responsibilities listed are not exhaustive and vary by shift. We provide a comfortable and flexible work atmosphere helping adolescents heal and find their path to recovery. Staff are provided with meals during shifts, access to a gym membership and continued, paid training. Full-time staff qualify for paid time off as well as health insurance.
