Source Receivables Management is Hiring a Collection specialist Near Lexington, NC

$50,000 PER YEAR EARNING POTENTIAL!

We are currently seeking Customer Collections Specialists to join our growing Call Center team! We are looking for professional candidates who possess a solid work history and enjoy working in a competitive environment.

This job is at our call center in Greensboro, NC!!

Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, long term disability, life insurance policy, accrued PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

New hires are eligible for most benefits after 90-days.

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications and skills :

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Calculate percentages and successfully perform other basic math functions.
  • Strong negotiation skills are a plus!
  • Ability to work as a team and independently.
  • Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls while developing resolutions for past due accounts.
  • Maintain a positive attitude that supports the organizational culture and encourages teamwork.

A three-week training course (Monday- Friday, 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM) will be provided to all new hires. Attendance is 100% mandatory during training to ensure your success.

Potential training bonus for all new hires!

Job type : Full-time

SCHEDULE :

Mondays : 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm

Tuesdays : 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm

Wednesdays : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Thursdays : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Fridays : 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm
