Job Title: Director of Hospice Services

What You'll Do:

• Manage the Hospice Service Line, including inpatient, facility, and home hospice services according to the Mission/Vision/ Values of Andwell.
• Assume overall administrative and fiscal accountability for the Hospice program.
• Work collaboratively with the executive leadership team.
• Work with compliance and performance improvement to monitor and improve clinical services.
• Lead efforts within the Hospice Service Line to ensure an exceptional patient and family experience.

What You'll Bring:

• Current RN license in the State of Maine.
• An undergraduate degree in nursing required, Master’s degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a hospice or related health care program.
• Must be available to cover administrative call.
• A reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
