Responsibilities:

• Oversee 24-hour unit operations, ensuring compliant patient care delivery.
• Foster clinical competencies through continuing education and performance improvement projects.
• Drive financial and operational objectives while maintaining exemplary leadership.
• Collaborate with department directors and executives to optimize patient care operations.
• Maintain state licensure and essential certifications, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Behavioral Health Director or Manager.
• Proficiency in survey processes within an inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Active Registered Nurse License for the State of Oklahoma and BLS certification.
