• Meet with confirmed, warm leads and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.-Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on products, services, and market trends.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.The ideal candidate should possess : -Great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• In-home sales experience preferred, but not required.-Valid MHIC License and DC License preferred.-Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation to customer locations.
• Professional demeanor and wardrobe suitable for in-home sales consultations.-Must be willing to submit and pass a background check and drug screening.
• Good driving record with a valid driver's license.-Coachable attitude and commitment to achieving a high level of personal performance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.Our Sales Representatives receive : -Pre-set and confirmed appointments - no cold calling or door knocking required.
