Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect/Manager to join our diverse and creative team. As a Senior Project Architect/Manager, you will serve as the primary client contact while maintaining a positive relationship with the entire project team and supervising the design and technical delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and execution of architectural projects, particularly large-scale high-rise construction, from conceptualization to completion.
- Lead project teams in development of project scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Manage day-to-day operations of project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project schedules, budgets, or quality.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, e.g. - building codes and zoning regulations.
- Mentor junior project managers.
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 5-7 years of experience required in managing architectural projects.
- Licensed professional in the State of Nevada or carry NCARB certification, preferred.
- Familiarity with software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Revit, and Microsoft Office 365, is highly desirable.
- Portfolio of completed projects that demonstrate creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
