The Studio Manager is the backbone of the studio, leading a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members. As the manager, you will coach motivating, high energy HIIT classes when needed; manage daily operations of a fast paced studio; grow the studio with the support of a sales team; hire, train and develop all staff members as well as develop relationships with members to foster a strong and connected community.
The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, organized, detail oriented, remain composed under pressure, possess excellent verbal communication and time management skills, is able to overcome sales objections, and has a willingness to grow and foster a thriving membership culture.
