Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and efficient case management system.
- Engage with clients and provide support throughout their cases.
- Schedule appointments and attorneys meetings with clients.
- Research cases and document relevant information.
- Gather and organize evidence.
- Provide legal advice as needed.
- Stay up to date on trends in personal injury law.
- Work with attorneys and other staff to ensure cases are handled in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
- Proficient in case management software.
- Exceptional communication and written skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST!
- Personal injury law firm experience preferred.
