Job Description:

Responsible for the post offer health screenings, review of post offer employment physical exam, coordination of hospital wide TB testing and TB exposure follow-up and coordination of hospital wide vaccination as required by OSHA.

Qualifications:

Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, BSN preferred.

Experience Three (3) years clinical experience required, one year of Infection Control experience preferred.

Technical Skills Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and database. License/Certification Current LPN or RN license in the State of Nevada required. Other Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
