At Alpha Valley Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners with top-quality roof inspections, navigate them through the construction process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 30 years of experience.

Compensation:

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 35% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule, fast turn around and growth based on performance and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads canvassing engagement and/or sales pipeline
• Understand, educate and inform homeowners about the construction process, product & service offerings
• Perform roof inspections, set appointments, and generate quotes/estimates.
• Canvas neighborhoods for potential clients and assess damage on roofs
• Manage the entire sales cycle efficiently, from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with homeowners and guide homeowners' expectations and enhance their experience during the construction process
• Recommend upgrades or additional options based on their specific requirements.
• Manage your sales pipeline

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Excellent communication
• Drive to control your own income
• Goal-driven and self-motivated!
• Flexible schedule
• 2 year sales experience, D2D, retail, or customer service
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in outside sales techniques
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Note: Our sales reps are trained to close. If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Alpha Valley Roofing! This is a commission role.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
