Job Description
The apartment industry is booming, and the possibilities are endless! Smart Apartment Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for performing general building maintenance and apartment repairs per assigned work orders or at the direction of the property manager.

Compensation:$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests
- Fix minor plumbing and electrical issues
- Install and repair appliances
- Repair general punch items
- Clean and ensure the apartment home will pass inspection for new move-in
- Exterior/Interior painting and caulking, and light drywall repair
- Painting, pressure washing, and leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots
- Light electrical experience 6 months
- Basic plumbing experience 6 months
- Ability to install appliances
- Have a strong work ethic with reliability, dependability, and initiative
- Enjoy working with others and maintaining friendly customer service
- Own a set of basic hand tools such as a screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, and wrenches
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
