Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Construction Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for daily tasks associated with construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting. The Estimator will be working on multiple projects at the same time and must be able to manage their time effectively.

• Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-off skills
• Cost Management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Budgeting skills
• Experience in construction is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related fields
• Experience with software such as Bluebeam, Plan Swift, or Procore is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $69,505.00 - $74,959.00 per year
