WHAT IS GOING ON?
We have a need for an experienced accounting clerk to help our office staff keep all of our locations running clean schedules. This person will be assisting the controller with month end processes, reconciling and cleaning accounting schedules, and reconciling bank statements and parts statements.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?

• Experience in an accounting relevant position
• Hopefully an undergrad degree but not necessary
• Automotive experience preferred but not necessary
• Highly proficient Mircosoft Excel user
• CDK experience but not necessary
• Highly organized and eager to improve
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing, and grammar skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• Work with all levels of employee

WHAT DO YOU DO?

• Researching & clearing incorrect items on accounting schedules
• Multiple account reconciliations
• Multiple statement reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing entries
• Assist with various accounting department projects as needed

WHEN DO YOU DO IT?
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Weekends Off!
