Cynet Systems is Hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer Near Lafayette, IN
Requirement:
- Previous full time work experience of 8-10 years as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in a factory environment in Heavy Equipment / Agricultural Equipment industry.
- Previous Caterpillar experience (contract or otherwise) is a plus (not mandatory).
- Team player with good organizational, communication, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process like - Assembly, Machining, Welding, Weld process, Engineering drawing expertise, GD&T, PFMEA, APQP.
- SQ certification in Six Sigma, Quality (Certified Quality Engineer), SME certification in Lean Manufacturing is an additional plus (not mandatory).
- Software Tools / Skill Set - Microsoft Office Software Suite, AIAG APQP guidelines, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Lean Manufacturing.
- Capital Project experience, New Product Introduction, DFM, Virtual build, Team Center.
