JOB REQUIREMENTS : POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for introducing new products, ongoing services and business lines, and creating marketing strategies to effectively reach targeted customers and markets.

Creates and manages all content that goes into the product or business marketing plan. Identifies and optimizes the organization 's products ' visibilities.

Responsible for the organization 's press releases, infographic, videos, and social media content before, during, and after for new product developments or business launch.

Works closely with the management teams, product developers, sales & marketing teams to effectively perform related tasks and duties.

Collaborates with engineers, designers, and other management team members to develop effective and accurate contents for the target audiences.

Manages and promote social media accounts, advertising strategies, and market analysis of all business lines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.

• Performs necessary tasks to develop and implement new business lines, products, and marketing strategies; assist with new company brand strategies and markets;
• 2. Ensures all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation;
• 3. Prepares marketing activity reports and metrics for program success; 4. Compiles product and market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends;
• 5. Conducts research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data;
• 6. Supports the Director of Sales and Marketing in establishing and evaluating marketing strategies for growth, sources materials for new product development, and creates BOM with costings;
• 7. Forecasts outside sales by customer and product line; develops detailed plans for the development of new sales markets;

maintains price lists and order forms; 8. Abides by the Company 's ethical policies and conflict of interest policies. 9.

• 11. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS : Position requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Marketing discipline and two (2) to four (4) years experience in a marketing / sales related field, preferable in commercial marketing;
• knowledge of Company or similar products and markets is highly desirable; must have a proven strong record of marketing initiatives and accomplishments;
• must possess excellent interpersonal expertise and an integrative team working style; ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and challenging work environment;
• a high degree of motivation and a self-starting attitude with a desire to thrive on new challenges and take on additional responsibility;
