JOB SUMMARY

The Value Add Sales Specialist will deliver results and growth targets by providing leadership and oversight for all sales and order management functions for Wilsonart Klamath Falls Value Add division. Work with and support both the customer base and the Value Add Department Team, as well as sales and project tracking. This is a technical driven sales role providing technical sales, quoting, and job management to all buying and non-buying customers. Individual will also be responsible for territory expansion and new customer development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Achieve the sales goals through both existing customer base and the development of new customers.

* Forecast sales and track progress of sales, time targets, and EBITDA.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with buying and non-buying customer base.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics and operations teams that allows for clear communications and productive engagements.

* Interact with Value Add lead to insure order file accurately reflects lead time schedules and work to develop loyal customer base through superior communication and service.

* Act as primary contact for fabricators who are not familiar with or dont buy value add from Wilsonart currently. Find them, support them and convert them.

* Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest industry developments.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

* Strong team management and daily positive attitude

* Strong computer systems abilities and experience working with sales reports and scheduling software.

* Familiarity with pipeline management

* Knowledge of industry standards applicable to the product offering.

* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Ability to travel with some overnight as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree (equivalent of education and experience will be considered)

Business, Communication, Marketing or a closely related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for education requirements.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience. Minimum 5 years in Excel. Experience in Infor and R12 preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Continuously stand/walk or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (20-50lbs)

ENVIRONMENT:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Examples: executive, management and support positions
