Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with prescribed instructions and established protocols.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and document vital signs, medication administration, and changes in residents' conditions.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their overall well-being.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including light housekeeping duties.
• Report any concerns or changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Valid Med Tech certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or Med Tech is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for residents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
