WHO WE ARE: Balanced Healthcare is a 299 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in St. Petersburg is currently seeking an R.N. Staff Development Coordinator. We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new clinical professional to join our team.

As a Staff Development Coordinator within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist with training and orientation to ensure the health and wellness of the residents in our care. Here at Balanced Health Care, we believe in a strong TEAM approach that truly improves the lives of all our residents.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
