Optimum Physical Therapy is Hiring a Physical Therapist Near Kennesaw, GA
We are seeking an experienced, personable, and motivated physical therapist to join our family at Optimum Physical Therapy. We are looking for an independent contractor and/or part time employee. We are a PT owned clinic offering 1:1 outpatient orthopedic and sports rehab to the community.
We offer 45 minute 1:1 treatment sessions focusing on manual therapy and therapist supervised exercise programs. No aides or other rehab professionals are utilized.

Responsibilities
- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable
- goals and time frames
- Create return to sport and injury prevention programs
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and
- attained goals
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information
- to appropriately evaluate the patient
- Qualifications
- Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy
