The Wellness Centre is currently seeking candidates for a Guest Relations Coordinator. This is a part-full time position. Candidate must be available to work on Saturdays and some evenings until 7pm. The perfect candidate will have a dynamic personality and excited for a new venture! Spa experience a plus!

-Welcome and introduce guests to facility and services available
-Assist guests with purchase of retail products
-Proficient in Word and Excel
-Verify medical insurance and communicate to patients
-Schedule and Confirm all appointments according to company protocols
-Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of services and products
-Excellent telephone service to guests
-Perform sales transactions, creates and takes responsibility for point of sale data; follow procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism
-Actively maintain a beautiful physical environment in all the public areas of the spa and engage in cleaning and re-stocking
-Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
-Communicate effectively within the spa
-Schedule reservations with guests
-Reconcile and balance all therapists slips at the close of the shift
-Reconcile and balance cash drawer at the close of shift
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional appearance
-Outgoing personality, positive attitude
-Organizational and time management skills
-Customer service experience
-Strong verbal communication and written skills
-Strong appointment scheduling and computer skills
-Telephone skills
-Strong desire to deliver high quality customer service
-Flexible work schedule
-Ability to handle pressure situations with demanding client and management needs
Required experience: Previous Spa or Medical office experience preferred, Customer Service: 1 year
