Position Summary:

Provide leadership and assistance to restaurant managers within area of responsibility to achieve sales and profit goals and short and long-term company objectives. Utilizing knowledge of Johnny Rockets operating systems, restaurant operations and staff resources, provide counsel, advice, and assistance to impact and improve sales, profits, and operating standards.

Primary Directive:

The responsibility of the General Manager is to ensure the profitability of the restaurant under his or her stewardship based upon the following key performance indicators, operations, management responsibilities, financial reporting, cash control and security

Requirements and skills:

• 2 year experience as a restaurant Manager
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work flexible, long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Good computer/POS programs and skills/ Aloha POS & Menu Link is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Dependable and reliable
• High achiever skill set.
• Likes people.
