We are looking for someone who can be a business leader within the organization, willing to promote, drive, and engage new sales throughout the dealership footprint. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer

relationships resulting in heavy equipment sales and rental. Some of the specific roles and

responsibilities are:

**Responsibilities:**

* Sell and represent Case Construction Equipment products within this assigned market

* Serve as an expert and advocate for the Midwest Case brand

* Represent our equipment sales division with professionalism and build long-lasting relationships with our customers

* Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests

* Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals

* Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Youll keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business.

* Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications

* Potentially oversee and manage sales pipelines for more than one market

* Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
