Position Summary: We're seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our team in exceeding sales goals. You'll provide coaching and support, develop winning sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing to achieve outstanding results.
Location: Washington DC Metro Area– Mobile Field Position
Salary: $85-$90k a year
Hire Date: Fall/End of the year 2024
Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for their performance
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Close deals with key clients and manage client relationships
  • Lead sales team by example in demonstrating effective selling techniques
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Optimize sales and marketing processes for efficiency
  • Manage the sales & marketing budget strategically
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and track performance against targets
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years or more of proven experience in a sales management or supervisory role, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
